OUR MISSION
Neighborhood Uplift was founded in 2018 with the mission to provide the highest quality real estate development, education, and service to government agencies, community stabilization organizations, low-to-moderate income people, or others purchasing or renting housing in urban, suburban, or rural communities.
Neighborhood Uplift has helped over 60 families purchase homes totaling over $20,000,000 in sales. Neighborhood Uplift provides up to $3,000 in rebates, downpayment, or closing cost assistance to all eligible buyers and sellers who purchase or sell homes in the Washington, D.C Metropolitan area and use our realty services.
In 2019, Neighborhood Uplift will be partnering with Neighborhood Construction to provide reliable and reasonably priced minor home renovations, full rehabilitation, and landscaping.
